KBC Journalist Betty Baraza was buried yesterday at her matrimonial home without the main reason for her murder being known to the public .

The renowned video editor was attacked by three men as she arrived at home from her place of work.

The assasins emerged from a nearby bush and followed her into the house where they shot her on the head in the presence of the family members.

During the requiem mass that took place yesterday, the mourners called on the law enforcing agencies to move with speed to arrest the real culprits in the murder.

Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula who addressed the mourners praised Betty for being hardworking and asked the directorate of Criminal investigations to ensure that the people behind the murder face the full force of the law.

According to a report by Daily Nation, Betty’s husband’s phones were traced to Karen which Indicated that the person who killed her lives close to her home.

Ditectives disclosed that the three men who took part in the murder incident might have hired police guns or were trained rogue officers.

Another shocking thing is that the murders collected all evidence which is an indication that they were familiar with all forensic investigations and knew how to cover up without being traced.
